I am a native Chinese speaker but I also speak English and Korean. I have three years’ experience teaching Chinese as a foreign language in a language academy in South Korea and also spent one year teaching online. I am passionate about teaching and guiding each student to help them to improve their Chinese as rapidly as they can. I accomplish this by exploring their natural language learning abilities and setting up achievable short- and long-term plans. From a teacher’s point of view, any language can be learnt systematically using phonics, vocabulary expansion, achieving grammar skills and sentence formation. It is important for students to apply their language skills to surviving in practical, everyday situations. I hope to see you in class.
